"Almirante, 23: Collector's Shop" started in 1.967, formerly as a store dedicated to the paintings, ceramics and furniture. Later we began adding collectables like tin boxes, pharmacy bottles, postcards and tin toys. As the response of the clients was enthusiastic, the way of including hundreds of articles like fans, inkwells, lighters, fountain-pens, photocameras, stereo-cards and wiewers, paperdolls, engravings, chromes, picture-cards, lithographys, newspapers, magazines, trading-cards, watches, spectacles, glasses, projectors, music instruments, parfum bottles, wireless-sets, tobacco-labels, rare electrical appliances, photographs, warmedals, documents, actions, and thousands of articles that collectors look for.
But our speciality are the postcards classified by countries, illustrators, children, bathing beauties, crafts, workmen, sports, aircrafts, railroads, artists of cinema, circus, ships, and every desirable object in this matters. Most of the articles are over fifty years old.
Our clients are in the mood of the shop: students looking for documentation for their works, regisseurs of theather or cinema looking for rare objects for their pictures or theather plays, not forgetting of course our principal visitors: collectors.
